Dear Fellow Exporters,
CIAe has been receiving numerous calls and emails asking for help in tyring to resolve
thier disputes with various suppliers of Fabric, accesseries etc.
Several exporters are being harrased by false court cases and unwarranted disputes
are varios levels
As it has always been our intention to help fellow exporters we have decided to
preapre a CAUTION LIST
Incase your company has had a bad experiance with any supplier please send us all
relevant details and we will compile a comprehensive list and circulate amongst
our members so that other members are not harrased.
Please ensure information sent by you contains the following details
- Your Company Name / Address
- Contact Person
- Name/Address of supplier to be put on caution list.
- A brief of the disput or reason to put the supplier on caution list.
On receipt of above info we may require you to give more details if seemed necessary.
For your convenience CIAe has formed an arbitration committee hence please mention
on all your Purchase orders' Arbitration by CIAe- Mumbai acceptable only.
