1) Exporter’s turnover of readymade garments during the previous three Financial year 2007-08,2008-09 & 2009-10
duly certified by a Chartered Accountant or from your banker.

2) Enclosed Performa of application form duly filled in all respect.
|
| |
3) Demand draft/Pay order/Cheque of Rs. 6618/-(as 5515/- as Annual Subscription & 1103/- as Entrance fee) in favour of
Apparel Export Promotion Council. In case Annual Subscription for Financial Year 2010-11 is already paid,
cheque/DD of Rs. 1103/- for entrance fees is required. |
